Module 1: Foundations of Transformational Leadership

This module introduces the theories and practices that define transformational Leadership, including the works of Burns, Bass, and Kouzes & Posner. Learners explore their own leadership identity and prepare to shift from managing tasks to mobilizing purpose and people.

Module 2: Leading with Vision, Purpose, and Meaning

Transformational leaders connect deeply with mission and meaning. This module teaches vision crafting, strategic storytelling, and values alignment. Participants learn how to articulate a compelling “why” that inspires and mobilizes teams during change.

Module 3: Emotional Intelligence and Influence

Leadership starts from within. This module builds core competencies in self-awareness, empathy, emotional regulation, and relationship building. Participants learn how to lead with authenticity, build trust, and influence without authority. Shape

Module 4: Culture Transformation and Change Leadership

Culture is a leader’s greatest leverage. This module explores culture audits, transformation roadmaps, behavioral modeling, and change frameworks like Kotter and ADKAR. Participants assess how to lead organizational renewal at scale.

Module 5: Coaching, Mentoring, and Empowerment

Module 7: Resilience and Leading Through Crisis

Crisis separates leaders from managers. This module focuses on leading under pressure, managing through volatility, and maintaining resilience. Tools include decision-making under uncertainty, strategic foresight, and crisis communications.

Module 8: Capstone – Transformational Leadership Challenge

The final module requires participants to complete a transformational leadership project or simulation. This includes identifying a real-world challenge, designing an influence-based intervention, and presenting a reflective leadership growth report.
