At the Global Institute for Leadership, Human Resources, and Project Excellence (AGILE-HRP), we are committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity, fairness, and compliance in all examination processes. Our exam policies and procedures are designed to ensure that all candidates are evaluated in a secure, equitable, and globally consistent manner.
These policies apply uniformly across all AGILE-HRP® certification programs, whether you are sitting for your exam online, in-person at an approved partner center, or through an onsite corporate cohort session. Our procedures align with international best practices and quality assurance standards, including ISO/IEC 17024:2012 for the certification of persons, ensuring that the assessment of knowledge and competencies remains valid, reliable, and free of bias.
About Exam Policies
Our examination policies serve as a framework to uphold academic integrity, ensure fairness to candidates, and deliver a professional testing experience that is consistent across geographies and modes of delivery. Below are the core areas covered by AGILE-HRP® exam policies:

Eligibility & Prerequisites
- Candidates must meet the minimum professional or academic experience requirements for each certification.
- Some certifications may require prior credentials, documented training hours, or proof of work experience.

Registration & Identification
- Candidates must register through the official AGILE-HRP exam platform and provide a valid, government-issued photo ID.
- Name on the exam application must match the ID presented.

Code of Conduct
- All candidates must agree to the AGILE-HRP® Professional and Testing Code of Conduct, which prohibits cheating, sharing exam content, impersonation, or misconduct during the exam.

Exam Security
- Online exams are monitored via advanced AI tools, including facial recognition and screen recording.
- Certified invigilators proctor In-person and onsite exams under secure conditions

Rescheduling & Cancellation
- Candidates may reschedule or cancel their exams with at least 72 hours' notice without penalty.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may incur fees or require re-registration

Exam Attempts & Retakes
- A maximum of three (3) attempts are allowed within a 12-month period.
- Candidates must wait a minimum of 14 days between retake attempts and may be subject to a retake fee.

Special Accommodations
- AGILE-HRP® is committed to inclusive access and will provide reasonable accommodations for candidates with documented disabilities in accordance with applicable laws.

Exam Results & Appeals
- Preliminary results are available within 24–72 hours.
- Candidates may formally appeal a score or file a grievance by submitting documentation within 10 business days of results notification.
