Ilaria D’Onofrio is an international HR consultant, trainer, and the founder of ID Talent & Beyond, based in the Barcelona area.
With over 14 years of leadership experience in global HR and talent acquisition roles across Europe, the Middle East, and North America, she specializes in enabling sustainable talent ecosystems for ambitious organizations.
Her expertise spans organizational design, workforce planning, cross-border HR operations, talent acquisition, employee relations, and change management.
Throughout her career, Ilaria has partnered with executive teams and senior stakeholders to navigate rapid organizational growth and structural transformation. Notably, she successfully designed and executed a multi-market strategy that scaled regional operations across France, Spain, Italy, and Germany from 150 to 450 employees within 18 months.
Her extensive corporate background also includes leading massive high-volume talent operations for premier global brands like The Walt Disney Company, and managing strategic workforce solutions for major financial institutions like BNP Paribas.
Through ID Talent & Beyond, Ilaria provides independent advisory services and delivers highly engaging training programs designed to strengthen management capability, scale team performance, and translate complex HR frameworks into real-world leadership success.
She holds a European Bachelor’s degree in Translation and Interpreting of Foreign Languages and is currently pursuing an MSc in Business and Organizational Psychology.
