Certification Process & Exam FAQs

Exam Information

Each Exam contains 100 scenario-based multiple-choice questions.

The exam duration is 90 minutes.

You must score at least 70% to pass.

Online, with live remote proctoring for exam integrity.

Yes. Candidates are allowed one free retake within 60 days of the initial attempt.

Certification & Maintenance

AGILE-HRP® certifications are valid for 3 years.
Complete 20 Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours per year, log them through your dashboard, and submit renewal every 3 years.
Yes, a nominal renewal fee is required after three years to extend the validity of your certification.
Yes. You can pursue an advanced certification after completing one or more lower levels.

• Instructor-Led Training (ILT): 4 days × 2 hours/day live online
• Self-Paced Learning: 24/7 access to recorded lessons and practice materials
Training is recommended but not mandatory. You can purchase exam access directly if you have prior experience.
