The Certified HR Generalist (CHRG)® certification provides a robust foundation in core Human Resource Management practices. This program is designed to equip professionals with tactical knowledge in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, HRIS, compensation, and benefits. CHRG® prepares candidates to manage essential HR functions, apply labor law principles, support workforce development, and navigate day-to-day HR operations with confidence and skill.
