  • Group participation in a scheduled program

  • Multiple cohorts or phased delivery

Discuss a sequence of groups when staffing levels, locations or time zones make a single cohort impractical. Phased arrangements can support rollout planning and allow the organization to review learning between groups.

  • Mixed professional pathways

Where employees have different roles, review whether they need separate training or credential pathways. A common employer does not mean that every participant should pursue the same certification or learning level.

Understand what shapes your proposal

  • Participant numbers

The size and composition of the group affect facilitation, administration and delivery planning.

  • Program and learning depth

A focused development workshop, a customized learning series and a credential preparation program have different scopes.

  • Delivery format

Onsite, live virtual and blended arrangements involve different resources and logistics.

  • Customization

Sector-specific examples, additional development work and approved organizational cases may affect preparation requirements.

  • Assessment arrangements

Confirm whether examination registration, vouchers or other assessment services are included or separately priced.

  • Location and scheduling

Venue, travel, time zones, repeated sessions and proposed dates can affect the delivery plan.

Group pricing is provided through a written proposal. Any volume arrangement, minimum cohort size, membership-related rate or promotional term must be specifically confirmed for your enquiry.

Know exactly what you are purchasing

Your proposal should identify the program, audience, participant allocation, format, schedule and agreed learning objectives. It should also explain the included materials, access arrangements, assessment components if applicable, fees, currency, relevant taxes and payment milestones.

Review any separately priced items, including travel, venue requirements, additional participants, extended access, optional coaching or other services requested. Confirm the scope of attendance information or sponsor reporting and the permissions under which participant information may be shared.

Help your procurement and learning teams plan together

Identify a sponsor who owns the learning objective and an administrative contact who can coordinate the cohort. Provide purchase-order or supplier-onboarding requirements early, and confirm the name and address to be used for invoicing.

Submit participant information through the designated channel and verify that each candidate’s details are accurate. Where credentials are involved, participants remain responsible for meeting individual requirements and following examination rules.

  • Name a learning sponsorIdentify a key contact to coordinate the cohort.
  • Confirm invoicing requirementsProvide your organization’s invoicing details and any required documentation.
  • Prepare an accurate participant rosterShare participant names, contact details and program selections.

Certification candidates must meet individual eligibility and assessment requirements.

Review changes before they affect the cohort

Confirm the applicable rules for participant substitutions, date changes, cancellation, refunds and transfers before accepting the proposal. A purchase order or reservation request does not itself establish a confirmed booking unless the agreed process says so. Request any changes through the designated contact and obtain written confirmation of revised arrangements.

Request a proposal that makes planning easier

Give us the information needed to scope your group and prepare a clear quote. If the program choice is still open, start with your audience and learning objective.

Frequently asked questions

Get quick answers to common questions about group enrollment and pricing.

How many participants qualify for group pricing?

Ask for the requirements of the selected program. Minimum numbers and pricing arrangements may vary by cohort, delivery model and scope.

Is certification automatically included in the training fee?

Examination registration or assessment is included only when expressly listed in the proposal. Candidates must meet the applicable requirements before a credential can be awarded.

Can our organization pay on behalf of participants?

Discuss organizational invoicing and the required registration process. Payment timing and any prerequisites for access will be specified in the agreed terms.

Can we add or replace participants later?

Request a review before changing the roster. Availability, eligibility, preparation and administrative deadlines may affect whether a change can be accepted.

Do all participants have to pursue the same program?

Not necessarily. Explain the roles and development needs involved so that suitable groupings and separate pathways can be considered.
